Refund & Returns Policy

Collection and Inspection:

All self pick-up orders require customers to present the randomly generated collection code at the designated pick-up location. Customers are advised to inspect their items upon collection to ensure that the products are received in satisfactory condition.

Return Eligibility:

Due to the perishable nature of bird’s nest products, all sales are considered final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted once the product has been collected.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be considered in the event that a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon collection. Any approved refund will be processed within seven (7) working days using the original method of payment.

Important Notice:

Customers are responsible for verifying the quantity and condition of the products at the time of collection. EMERI International Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to deny any return or refund requests that do not meet the above conditions.
